Restricciones de Servicio por Estado de Emergencia Nacional
En el contexto de las medidas aplicadas por el Gobierno Peruano a través del Decreto Supremo que prorroga el Estado de Emergencia Nacional por las graves circunstancias que afectan la vida de la Nación a consecuencia de la COVID-19 y modifica el Decreto Supremo N° 184-2020-PCM, el Decreto Supremo N° 201-2020-PCM, el Decreto Supremo N° 002-2021-PCM y el Decreto Supremo N° 004-2021-PCM; Union Pak del Perú S.A. se encuentra totalmente comprometida y se acoge plenamente a las restricciones establecidas en los citados decretos y normas conexas.
Como consecuencia de ello, y ante el hecho que nuestra empresa es integrante de la Cadena Internacional de Suministros en lo referido al Transporte Internacional, Desaduanaje de Mercancías, y en cumplimiento de la Normativa establecida por el Gobierno, contamos con todas las autorizaciones de las Entidades y Organismos del Estado a fin de dar continuidad a nuestras actividades y prestación de servicios logísticos. No obstante, y considerando las restricciones en el transporte aéreo y terrestre los tiempos de entregas podrían verse afectados en determinadas zonas del interior del país.

Service Restrictions for the State of National Emergency
In the context of the actions applied by the Peruvian Government through the Supreme Decree that extends the State of National Emergency due to the serious circumstances that affect the life of the Nation as a result of COVID-19 and modifies Supreme Decree N° 184- 2020-PCM, Supreme Decree N° 201-2020-PCM, Supreme Decree N° 002-2021-PCM and Supreme Decree N° 004-2021-PCM; Union Pak del Perú S.A. is fully committed and fully welcomes the restrictions established in the decrees mentioned and related regulations.
In consequence and given the fact that our company is a member of the International Supply Chain with regard to International Transportation, Customs Clearance of Goods, and in compliance with the regulations established by the Peruvian Government, we have all the authorizations from the State Entities and Organizations in order to give continuity to our activities and provision of logistics services. However, and considering the restrictions on air and land transport, delivery times could be affected in certain areas inside the country.
